Service Description
Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to help you build muscle through hypertrophy and maximal strength efforts. You will find these classes similar to CrossFit, Sports Conditioning and HIIT. In these classes the coaches will guide you through written strength programs and Met Con burners at the end to make you feeling accomplished by the end!

Cancellation Policy
REGULAR SCHEDULE: Cancelling and rescheduling of regular booked classes under the "Unlimited Plans" are free and have no risk. You can book, rebook, cancel and reschedule whenever they need or want to. Punch Pass reschedules and cancellations are subject to refund. Client must cancel outside of 24 hours to avoid losing a "punch". SPECIAL CLASSES: Canceling and rescheduling of special classes are subject to refund. Full refunds will be given if canceled within 48 hours of initial booking. Canceling within 48 hours of first scheduled class will result in a 50% refund. Personal Training (1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1) sales are final and the Training Ground reserves the right to deny refund of any kind.
